That's not what Trump was talking about. Those things would be as rare as rocking horse shit. I looked in a search engine and all I got was AK47s. Apart from which it seems the latest nutter was armed with a Simonov SKS rather than a Kalashnikov anyway.

The US legal system is full of surprises. The now infamous Judge Canon is to preside over his prosecution. To top it off the prosecutor is a Haitian immigrant.

But not all people or just people you know.
Even the basket of deplorable's are people too.

The former president and current Republican nominee asserts that tariffs — basically import taxes — will lower food prices
I am going to put tariffs on other countries coming into our country, and that has nothing to do with taxes to us. That is a tax on another country,” Trump said.
In September, he repeated the claim during an interview with Fox News: “It’s not a tax on the middle class. It’s a tax on another country.”
And he said again during a rally in Wisconsin Saturday that “it’s not going to be a cost to you, it’s going to be a cost to another country.”Vance said in late August that as a result of tariffs Trump imposed during his presidency, “prices went down for American citizens.”

“They went up for the Chinese but they went down for our people,” Vance added
Former President Donald Trump is pledging to supercharge one of his signature trade policies — tariffs — if he's re-elected this November, by imposing 10% across-the-board levies on all products imported into the U.S. from overseas. The idea, he has said, is to protect American jobs as well as raise more revenue to offset an extension of his 2017 tax cuts.

The sweeping tariffs that former President Donald J. Trump imposed on China and other American trading partners were simultaneously a political success and an economic failure, a new study suggests. That’s because the levies won over voters for the Republican Party even though they did not bring back jobs.

China just cancelled a 1.5$billion grain contract with Australia, and we can’t even see how much cheaper Brazil was as we are not in their system.
whilst I am sure the Russians would like to lead people to believe they hare having no ill effects
They are not tariffs the are embargo's and sanctions.
Whilst they can get around some (at a significant cost using third party countries)and that is because some counties like India and china put their own need for profits in front of the rest of the worlds.
I would suggest their efforts to have them dropped tells a different story they have resulting in significant hardship for Russia to wage a war.
An invasion you suggested would never happen. Remember that?

Even though, in that same interview, key admits that tariffs are always paid by the middle income earners of the country that applies the tariff i.e. the US. Is this him saying that trumps supporters are economically as clueless as trump himself but thats ok because key has money and will come out ahead? And thus it has always been so, even when he was pm of NZ

I was just trying to think a day or two back of a word for being blind to other people's situations and only thinking from your perspective.

I read JK article and the question popped up again. Not a good look for a politician hoping to represent the masses. I must admit I missed that when I voted for him the first time.

The judge in Trump's election interference case has had enough. She has produced a submission by the Prosecutor and instructed that it be released immediately thus not allowing time for yet another appeal by Trump's lawyers. This is long but there is a lot to cover. The ad can easily be slipped.

The speaker here practices law in Florida and New York.
