Kennedy saying he is going to boot out the elites.....bit of an oxymoron.There is a lot of Framing there... I dont agree with him on a number of things - however, I do believe he has a genuine interest in Americas health.
For example - he is critical of highly processed foods, does that have an impact on a Nations health, Maybe.
He is critical of Pharmaceutical companies (even someone who marvels at the wonders of modern medicine would not be remiss of having one keen eye on said industry).
Worst case scenario - I don't think the US can get any more unhealthy.
Best case scenario - The US gets healthier.

Good article on ProPublica about a virtual unknown named Leonard Leo and how, over a period of time he has created a machine that stacks the US Judiciary, all the way to to top. Read alongside current thinking that, Alito and Thomas will retire, suitable young-ish and conservative appointees will take their place, and the US course is basically set for the next 20 years or more. Wouldn't surprise me at all if, after say six - nine months folowing trumps coronation, he has an "incapacitating medical event" causing JD to take over and the GOP can get on with instituting Project 2025.

This arrangement whereby Senators, Congressmen and Judges under ethics investigation can avoid any penalty by resigning seems a bit loose. Trump's sister was a Federal Court Judge. Following the New York Times story on the Trump family's long history of tax evasion she resigned to avoid a judicial ethics enquiry.
Republicans are currently claiming that it would be unprecedented for the results of the Gaetz investigation to be made public. That's not true. The Ethics Committee has previously released reports on investigations into politicians from both parties.
