Trump has reportedly bypassed FBI security checks for his Cabinet appointments. That's not surprising, he did that last time, and several (most?) of them couldn't pass a background check anyway. Despite that he will order that they be given top secret clearances thereby weakening US security. One concern is that other countries will limit the intelligence that they share with the US. And so they should.
