Other Congressmen have said that Gaetz was in the habit of showing photos of his parties to his colleagues. There are reports that the Ethics Committee has some of the photographs and since half of the committee are Democrats, and some of the Republicans disapprove of his behaviour, odds are the photos will eventually become more or less public.

We can hope that the Senate Republicans do their job but their record does not inspire confidence.

My initial impression was that Hegseth was not the worst of Trumps nominations but it seems that was premature. It was apparently he who convinced Trump to pardon convicted war criminals. The details of his alleged sexual assault show a serious lack of judgement at a minimum and an inability to hold his drink. His white supremacist views would have allowed him to fit right in to trump's cabinet though. Photographs of Hegseth sans shirt show some "interesting" tats.

He should be a shoe in, he seems to pass the first two requisites to have trump nominate them.
