Concede a point - what point is it you are trying to get me to concede?

Let us play this out to its logical conclusion:

If his ear was miraculously healed, the implication is that it was not shot.
If you are implying it was not shot, then you are implying that the blood was not real.
If you are implying the blood was not real, then you are implying that it was staged.
If you are implying it was staged, then you are saying the entire event was a Hoax.

So let us skip the middle men: are you saying it was an elaborate hoax?

As for the ear - The ear is just thin skin, it bleeds a hell of a lot: example - but pretty easy for a skilled plastic surgeon to stitch up, healing time for ears is pretty quick too:

It might seem like that but nothing about what is happening currently is normal. A criminal has been elected President and he is busy appointing other criminals and extremists to his cabinet. Normal language and expectations don't apply.

IIRC you thought they wouldn't deport citizens. Homan has said they will import whole families where the younger members are citizens and grandma isn't. They have now mentioned removing citizenship from naturalised citizens. In some states people with a brown face are stopped and have to produce ID just because they have a brown face. The next step is not to worry about the ID just load them into the van. If that sounds radical there is precedent. In Colorado during Trump's previous tenure unmarked vans were snatching random people off the street.

So, to be charitable to the first part - the myriad of failures by the Secret Service are pretty hard to explain due to mere incompetence - that I will grant you.

Hohoho, it still seems like this fairy telling perp is a bit upset I did not fall for that trap of inviting me into a pit of supreme court rulings that make quicksand seem pleasantly buoyant in comparison. And if course if we address the fact that this perp (lets call them "Smugglepuss" shall we?) seems blissfully unaware that a corrupt judge can operate in MANY ways other than the within court itself. I mean imagine the power and influence of a supreme court judge in the old boys club where a wink or implied nudge can and does result in windfalls counted in the millions. And I'm pretty sure that "Smugglepuss" was even born in the land that birthed old boys clubs!

Moving forward from this point on, I would suggest if this "Smugglepuss" wants to trap a hapless sugi in the wild, that they do not have neon signs proclaiming "trap ahead", then putting a bunch of road cones around the trap with a sign saying "watch your step" then offering the further courtesy of spraying the spikes at the bottom of the pit in day-glow paint, or if filling the pit with judicial quicksand, only to leave several life rings lying around within easy reach.
