Yeah I'm sorry to say the judge has already confirmed no jail time. Basically the convictions just get registered and no punishment whatsoever.
As a bonus corrupt "judge" cannon wrote a denial order for trumps documents case evidence to be released. Problem is, once she shutdown the case, she lost jurisdiction over it - so she has no legal standing to have released that order. So she is either too ignorant to have realized, or is just as corrupt as she appears to be.

And no, the GOP did not Gerrymander the Electoral College - the Electoral college did exactly what the founding fathers created it for - to ensure a few densely populated cities did not solely decide the election.
Speaking of Election results and Trump - I noticed something that I found rather interesting.
If you look at the Country - most States between a 60-40 to 50-50 split between each candidate - with one very interesting exception.
One of the core contentions of those described as MAGA is pointing out that the Establishment (read the vast, unelected beaurocracy of the Federal Government...) was hostile to Trump, with various key incidents being pointed to as being proof of this...
Well, look at the District of Columbias vote tally - 92% for Harris. Bit of an Outlier. Really goes a long way to the 'Swamp' claims.

And as the electoral collage has popped up in the thread again. If the founding fathers had been seeking balance, I'm sure they would be horrified that the knuckle draggers in charge these days have not amended that system to reflect how the country has massively changed since it's inception. Essentially these days, a small number of states are effectively hijacking the election process. I mean, the leaders of the parties spend 90% of their time campaigning in these few states. Balanced is what the electoral college is NOT.

Gabbard came to my notice a few years ago when somebody posted a photo of her in uniform on a veterans group. The guys were impressed. I have to admit she looked great in uniform but even then there were cracks appearing. Her behaviour suggests she is not somebody who should even have a security clearance. For her to be in charge of a nation's intelligence is just a joke.

A very interesting point you make - one that many Republican commentators have remarked on...
Namely, that if the Founding Fathers were alive today, they would likely insist that each state had their own electoral college, to ensure that one city in a state did not determine the election.
However, the reason this has not happened is because the Democrats would never win another election.
Just something to think about.

The whole system is past its use by date. By 2030 it's predicted that 30% of the population will elect 70% of the Senate seats. That's without any of the gerrymandering that takes place in Congressional districts.

Let us go through them one-by-one:
Point 1: She was Homeschooled and raised to not like Gay people
Pretty normal behavior amongst religious groups in the early 80s and no one has a choice who their parents are, what their parents religion is etc.
Point 2: She has created legislation opposing Trans Women in Womens sports - therefore she still hates gay people.
This is a Bait and Switch - one can be fine with both Gay people and Trans People in general, whilst still remembering that Biology exists. Rachel also raises the Minor Attracted Persons thing - which I have pointed out is being used by certain individuals to try and lessen the stigma around Pedophilia and that this is being used under left-wing presuppositions: 'I was born this way, I cant help who I am attracted to, Love is Love, oppressing me for who I am is wrong' - to which my response is: Shhhhh in the wood chipper you go.
Point 3: More smears about her Dad and Family - which I am going to completely ignore because she had no agency here. I prefer to judge her on what she did after she left home and was her own person. She served her country with distinction and honor, deployed to combat etc.
Point 4: The Presidential Campaign in the Democrat party - saying it was rigged. I mean... You have Bernie Sanders in 2016, The fact that Kamala was VP despite being woefully unpopular. What happened to Biden and Kamala in 2024 - How many instances of rigging do we need to bring up?
Point 5: Russia. Oh FFS really - Another Russia Hoax propagated by - Oh Look! Hilary Clinton! Trump beats Hilary - He is a Russian Asset, Tulsi is popular - she is the favorite of the Russians. That is the sole source of this claim - and once again Rachel Maddow is merely a mouthpiece for the entrenched Democrats (like Hilary).
And remember - I liked Tulsi Gabbard when she was still a Democrat (which is when this line was uttered) - I had my quibbles (not a fan of her Green Policies personally).
