Trump is threatening action over Iran's put down of protesters.
And with the other hand threatening to use the Insurrection act to put down protesters in Minneapolis.
Which hand does he do the ironing with?![]()

Heyya, I'm a bit late to the party here, but I was hoping you could explain to me - trump was a scammer before he even ran for president in 2016 ala the fake "trump university", so that fraud was not part of the dems trying to impeach him for jay walking from 2016 on. I'm wondering if you can explain why the fact that a Known scammer/criminal gets elected president and gains all the power that comes with that position, that when given immunity from prosecution from the supreme court, then goes on to be the most lawless president ever seen - why is it so hard for so many Americans to comprehend that trump is a fraudulent crim? Asking for a friend just quoted above.

Adding this one to the queue - How is this not the president standing over other countries like a common street thug gangster - Please explain? (no blowing it off as trump being bombastic please, give this one the seriousness it warrants)

you mentioned a few months back you were not happy with trump 2.0 - might be a good time to elaborate on that - yes?
To think that people were concerned about Biden's mental state. Trump is completely doolally and he was startlingly ignorant to begin with.
It'd be interesting to discover what is really behind his lust for Greenland. We can be reasonably sure it has nothing to do with anything he has mentioned thus far. I did see a comment that one of his billionaire buddies has need of US control of Greenland but we are lacking detail at this stage.

The only logical conclusion I can come up with is he's intentionally provoking a crisis with the Europeans to give the US an excuse to withdraw from NATO. Is that part of the whole Project 2025 deal?
Having read the latest post from the President about this, it's bewildering, the language is truly bizarre. Appeasement is a dirty word these days, but appeasing Trump might be the best option here, at the very least it gives you time for other events to play out and the situation to, ahem, resolve itself? Meanwhile I hope the Europeans are spending their increased military budgets wisely.

Strategic location military and trade wise.
Great location for short range attack shooting over nth pole into Russia.
You also have Russia and China heavily investing into artic sea routes with a mix of slightly more ice melt in summer seasons and better ice breaking ships.

Which he already has access to via existing treaties. The ice won't melt overnight, in the meantime the US Navy has very little in the way of surface vessels that can operate safely in the Arctic. The Canadians and Europeans have many more. So far the Greenlanders have only been able to attract one US company to invest in the local mineral industry, I guess that might get easier as the ice melts too, but not for some time.

All the other time American has tried to secure Greenland, starting in 1860something and many times again it has been with the idea that it will hem Canada in on all sides so they can be convinced to be the 51st state.
But US owes something like 130 Trillion. If Europe and Canada drop thier bonds it will Tank US economy worse than 1930s depression, apparently.

I'm inclined to think that so long as the Europeans keep making a show of negotiating with him, he'll do nothing. Having said that, taking over Greenland is the kind of military challenge he likes, in that they could just land a couple of planes full of troops and say they've annexed it without firing a shot. They might even leave the locals to it, even if they don't recognise the US claim (like in Venezuela).
But yes, I'm sure the Canadians are watching closely, given his bluster about them as well.

There's already US troops there I think. They never left after WWII.
