I'm afraid I can't agree - from the article.
The challenges have not involved Trump’s campaignIf Joe Bloggs wants to mount a legal challenge, from the left or right on any issue, they are free to do so. The headline is deliberately misleading, and clarification that it is not an official action taken by the Republican party only comes much later in the article. The lawsuit drew objections even from Republicans, include former Texas House Speaker Joe Straus.

I am hoping that Trumps win at all costs mentality is going to leave him with a massive bill and no presidency.
I hope they televise his congratulatory phone call to Biden in the event...

Just as well you pointed it out, as Al Jazeera is doing likewise.

The headline is not misleading, it's exactly right. Are you suggesting Democrats took the case to court?
The Republicans always try to stop people voting, this time Trump has been agitating for votes not to be counted. Including all of tho votes from his "suckers and losers" serving overseas.
The US system has proved to be nowhere near as robust as was thought. "It couldn't happen here," proved a major misconception. Here's hoping the result is such a massive landslide that Drumpf just can't declare himself the winner at midnight. Similarly, I hope Biden doen't hold his breath waiting for the concession call.

Neither the Republican organization, nor the Democrat Organization did anything of the sort.
The headline should differentiate that it was an individual who was a republican who raised the legal challenge and not anything to do with the official party or Trump. They clarified it much later on in the article, but as I said, it's deliberately misleading.
No, if you read properly what the contention with mail-in ballots is, it's for ballots that are mailed after the election day.
As for the 'Suckers and Losers' comment, everyone who was present when it was alleged to have been said has disputed it was said. Repeating lies does not become you Pritch.
This is again, not true.
Because it is not the US system, each State has autonomy to issue it's own methods of electing a State representative to the Federal government.
Some states have very robust Mail-In Ballot rules, whereby a Mail-in Ballot has to be requested and the identity checked at the point of requesting the ballot (AKA Florida), those states also have a means of post-marking the Ballot to ensure it was Mailed BEFORE the election closes (even IF it is counted AFTER).
Other states that do not have a history of doing mass mail-in voting do not have such robust rules, which was the whole point of contention.
You bang on and on and on about how much Trump lies, yet in a few short sentences, you are no better than that which you accuse him of.
