The change to Florida would have meant that before the NY AG could seize any Trump assets she would have to commence court action in Florida which could take months or years. Her response was to point out to the judge that the registered office of the various entities is Trump Tower, New York.

You guys may have missed it but apparently truth social is to merge with a slightly bigger platform. Somehow this gives trump $4billion in share value and for some reason it’s outside scope of current legal claims.
How successful or accurate this turns out remains to be seen but good example of how these guys make money whether we like it or not.
