Y'all may be aware Putin is to have a large military parade in Moscow on the ninth to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the end of WW2. Putin has invited some world leaders to attend - including Trump. Military weaponry is a legitimate target in time of war. Zelensky has issued a statement that he cannot guarantee the safety of anyone attending the parade.
