Geriatric hoon
A visitor to the White House collapsed. Everybody rushed to assist or at least expressed concern. Everybody except the one who never understood how normal people react to any situation.
Update: There was another interesting reaction as well. When the guy fainted or whatever RFK Jr took off and virtually ran out of the room. That's the guy in charge of the US health system. Maybe that's a result of the worm that he said ate his brain.

Another one for the irony is dead folder. It does tend to support the Dunning Kruger theory that the truly stupid people don't know they are stupid.
