    Rotor manufacturing problem.

    Looks like they got this one fairly smartly.

    Still these days this thing shouldn't be happening from so called premium brands.

    With most "Premium" brands ... crack testing is carried out on critical parts prior to assembly in the respective vehicles. Depending on production numbers ... it could be more/less than one in a thousand items made that get tested.

    Testing in most vehicle assembly plants (not just motorcycles) does occur ... especially on new models. Testing numbers on parts may vary with actual numbers produced. Subaru recently found issues with the air-bag actuators in some models.
