Riding under level three lock down

So what's the go with recreational motorcycle riding under level three? Seems a bit grey. Can anyone point me to something hard and fast on the internet that I can show the local copper on my mobile when he pulls me over lol.

Go the long way to the chemist and the long way back. Buy some contact lens solution and you'll be fine. No longer recreational if it is essential.

Nothing grey about it as OAB had detailed. To keep it simple though, Level 3 lockdown is Level 4 with KFC.

OK, if you and your husband are both essential workers your kid can go back to school. Otherwise...
