KTM 1290 Adventure R Powerparts Skid Plate

    Hi All,
Is the powerparts skid plate any good or would you recommend another one?

    Cheers

Push it hard into some deep clay.

Then fire it off with a MAP torch for a resilient ceramic sump guard.
Don't you look at my accountant.

BDCW would be the ultimate in my opinion... but Covid has wrecked the shipping situation, and in combo with that, Black Dog had issues with cheaper shipping, so the shipping was almost the cost of the plate, at more than US$400: https://blackdogcw.com/store/bikes/k...super-adv-r-s/

So when buying my 1090R last year, the KTM PP plate was in stock, fitted before I collected the bike etc. Not the best, but the most available, reasonable cost etc etc.
