    DR200 kickstart

    I'm doing something wrong here.
DR200 I'm rebuilding. When i install the clutch cover the kickstart shaft rotates when i manually rotate the engine.
It then ratchets when i rotate the kickstart shaft clockwise again.

I can hold it in place with no force but it rotates with kickstart lever attached

It doesn't help when i pulled the cover off initially the kick stop, bolts and guide were sitting in the bottom off the engine.

I can't find any manuals with the kickstart as they're all US models.

But my guess is when i install the kickstart sprocket I'm supposed to wind the shaft clockwise behind the guide so it's pressed against the stop then slide the
narrow washer, sprocket and wide washer (in order left to right in attached picture)
in to place, then install the clutch cover.

    -is that correct?
    -am i missing any parts?

    Thanks Husaberg.

As it turns out I used the manual for a DR125. all the parts were there and indexed correctly. 30 seconds later all sorted
