I enjoyed that too ( mostly ), but I thought the ending was very unusual and it kinda ruined it for me.

    Currently watching:
    Midsomer Murders and Jonathan Creek.

The Expanse (now on Prime Video), into it's fifth season and has been consistently excellent, if a little complicated at times; also interesting as a near future sci-fi treatment of what humanity spreading from Earth into the solar system might look like.

It's great, and follow the books reasonably closely, although you get a lot more detail in the books...

Currently rewatching the Sharpe series which has been running on Jones.

Have been watching European made series on Netflix: Border Town, Babylon Berlin, Borgen, Rita.

One US show that attracted favourable comment was ‘Unbelievable’.

'Fauda' was worth a look. A sorta super secret Israeli intelligence unit. Operating under cover in Palestine they mostly needed beards, toward the end it was getting hard to tell who was who.

About the younger set? Never Have i Ever, The End Of The F***ing World, Sex Education.

Altered Carbon (Netflix), S1 great, S2 rather less so and then cancelled. S1's pretty well complete on its own though.

Saw Mosul last night, good war flick: the city's SWAT team battle ISIS street by street in a shot to hell city. No Americans anywhere.

Love, Death + Robots: set of short animated flicks, the TV equivalent of the sci-fi short story. About as deep as a puddle but diverting.
