The first time I heard of him was when I read he'd died. I'm getting the impression I may have missed something.

You need to watch a few episodes of 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown to get his humour. Then just Google him for a bit. You missed a good one.

Sean was a regular attendee on the TV show "QI" when Stephen Fry was host, years ago.

The Carrot in a Box game will, no matter how many times I watch it, cause me to nearly wet myself with laughter.

    He will be sadly missed.

He was a comedian I would have paid good money to go and see. Sad.

The line that sticks in my mind is "Now, that's a challenging wank "

Said in reaction to Rachel Riley wearing an animal mask if I remember right.

Sean could be straight out funny when he wasn't being crude. I loved his part in one of the best QI discussions about wht it took 300 years to name the giant tortoise. Just about wet myself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPggB4MfPnk.

Watching the link I got to thinking that Douglas Adams would have been brilliant on a show like that.

He had been far less than himself over the last season and appearing "frail" if that's the best term to use. Still had his sense of humour, thankfully.

Such a brilliant comedian. His solo stand-up shows were gems to watch.
