Needing tips on what could possibly be wrong with my bike, the battery is flat, but even riding after an hour it's still dead flat? Goes well when riding but cuts out when come to a stop, I'm wondering if it's because of flat battery? Also can anyone help with tips on how to get the passenger seat open? Can't open it no matter how many times I try to jiggle and shake, push and pull... Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you can ride it with a flat battery then the charging system must be working to some extent ok.

If you pop out the back of most workshops you will see a stash of batteries they have replaced. No dont try one.

Why do they replace them do you think?
Don't you look at my accountant.

Firstly, seems like you may have a dud battery

Stalling coming to a stop is likely battery related, the charging system on these is pretty ineffective in the lower rpm
The seat issue may be a snapped seat release cable, or a worn mechanism

I have a friend with one of these in Dannevirke, I may be able to get some parts off it if you need
