As awesome as the NLAW is - it's range is only about 400-800 meters. One of the things I see consistently mentioned by commentators is that the Russians seem to have forgotten the whole combined arms things where the Infantry and the tanks support each other.
The Russian tanks have a crew of three, they use a self loading main gun. Other tanks generally use a loader and have a crew of four. Ultimately tanks may have no crew and be operated by remote control like drones.
The NLAW is supposed to self destruct at 1000m. The Russians would need to be very sure whether they were facing NLAWs or Javelins because the Javelin has a range of 2000m.
The Russian handling of their armour has been eye opening, they're reportedly ignoring pretty much the whole text book - when they've actually got fuel.
