Toll roads , wof rego infringement notice?

Hi there, long time listener first time caller .
If i ride my bike through a toll road with no rego or wof, do they hand out tickets for that? I am sure they could , but do they ?
Has anyone been dealt such a hand . Cheers bob

have heard a lot of npr recently, number plate recognition. they played with it in wellington where they would pick a low socio economic suburb, one with only one exit and set up, with a road spike person just down the road. seemed to be a good way to attract a drive by shooting to me.
they won't get you if you have no number plate at all

Sometimes it seems like they don't know what to come up with anymore. Toll roads are like the highway robbers of the Middle Ages.

I've been through the Northern Gateway a few times with the rego expired or on hold and no ticket.

The toll road system is run by a private company, but I expect the police can access the data. There are probably enough ANPR cameras on the motorway that they don't need to.
