A couple of years back I was charged with Care less Driving.
Now it is a darn near impossible charge to defeat,But I think Iv,e come up with a Loop hole.Based on being stupid not being something you can be charged with,Errrrrrrr,I think,Here goes.
With all due respect your honor,I was not in fact being careless but rather I am a complete ideot,This problem has plagued me all my life and no matter how carefull I try to be I just keep muckin' up,even my spelling ain't that hot.
This sir is because I am simply stupid.I mean ask anybody,I am stupid, so how can I be convicted of being careless when I never had the skills to be a Smart and therefore a carefull person in the first place.I frow meself on the mercy of the cort,Based on the fact that I am indeed a very stupid person and as far as I know I couldn't possibly be convicted of being a Dumb fuck, So what say ya' let me go huh,,,,,,Or am I just being stupid.
So Ya' reckon it would work.
