yip - went from being a long time fan of his to declaring him a dick ... felt sorry for morbidelli being on the recieving end of his meltdown. does anyone know what time the race is on? the official site doesn't seem to show the schedule anymore for me despite going through the steps that used to work ( and widely cursing the dweeb that changed the website from last year)

Well that was a helluva race.

    well done FD.

Also, how the frick does MM keep that honda up there for so long.. He's riding in p5-6 and the next honda is p20 sheesh. Bummer for Jorge though, that was a bit of a wicked start.

    Good race Pleased for Diggia
Someone give him a job FFS

Getting sick of MM antics. I wonder what sort of vibe he is going to bring to Ducati. Cannot see it being too good TBH.

Only to be upstaged by Aleix on Morbid. Bloody hell evey time Morbid rolls of he's in the shit with someone.

Dunno why Taka still has a job. Honda has really lost its way.
Not sure why Luca is considering it even for a two year contract. Maybe him and Zarco can change things?????

Looks like from the comments Pecco had a bad tyre yesterday and Jorge had a worse one today.
The cant ride around the issues because of the way the bikes are these days.
Bit of a lottery I reckon.

Don't mind Pecco winning the championship again at least he is gracious and respectful.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Agree mate, like Pecco.... but yes I wonder about the tyres, and their qualility control...?????

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

it seems that their is some variance in the tyres which expains some of the variable performances from Pecco for example. Man that was a close call at turn 1 on the last lap

Unrealistically optimistic to give Giannantonio a 'Mapping 8' message in the circumstances. He treated it with the respect it deserved.

I'd like to see him ride it like he stole it and qually where him and the bike are at and not use some poor schmuck as a crutch.
Some of his antics of late are out and out disrespectful to the other riders.
10 points to Morbid last meeting for telling him to fuck off and not play his silly games.
They even have a bloody guy with binoculars opposite the chosen victims garage.
He's to good for that carry on. Gone too far IMHO.

I hope he doesn't carry on like that on his new ride.

That was a good couple of races. Sure made for close passing maneuvers with the slipperiness off line.

My wife and I always make sure we add in "very angry" When ever we reference Aleix Espargaro because every article you see about him, he is always referencing how angry he is

Congratulations to Fabio di Giannantonio for winning the race with a great ride!

Soooooo, with 8 different riders taking out wins this year pretty much rules out any of the current ducati riders as being "aliens".
That means come next Monday - a genuine alien (MM) will be swinging a leg over a Ducati. I have no doubt that he knows his brothers natural bike settings extremely well and the team will be able to give him a fairly handy baseline on which to start.

I'm not a huge fan of his personality, though he has matured over the years - but man can he ride a motorcycle like no other.

I would love to see him jump on and kick arse to show them all what a real alien looks like!
Paradoxically, I do not want to see MM jump on a ducati and thrash everyone because I well remember the championship years where the races were boring as MM checked out and fucked off!

Interesting comments by Jorge Martin here:

Just emotions or valid suspicions? We'll never know I guess.

It was pretty odd how he got a bum tyre at the worst possible time, could be just bad luck, or not

I've long wondered if ducati could hide inhibitor software to interfere with a bike via remote control.....
