Ok so.

One of my flatties is moving out around the 5th of November, logic stands to reason that we need to replace him.

Huge 5 room old skool villa thingie going on, 2 storey.. the room for rent is double + its pretty big, room for your bike in the garage, Spa.. oh yeah.. a spa.. huge outdoor entertaining area, Parties most weekends, :hbd: (and most nights actually) very social flat. Currently there is me,(22) Tom (24) and Tim (21) (brothers - what was there mum thinking) and we have another chick moving in today as well. We have heaps of beds lying around for some reason so u can have one of those as well if you want.

$120 per week plus $25 for expenses,

probably suit someone who is 21+ drinks lots, must have job, really social and chilled out..
