Quite like this new skill you guys have taught me

I guess superpole is qually then you have race 1 and 2.
Superpole is a bit confusing. There is Superpole qualifying on Saturday which determines the grid for Race 1. Then there is a 10-lap Superpole race on Saturday with the same grid which decides the first 3 rows of the Race 2 grid. The remaining places are based on Superpole qualifying.

I'm thinking of something like Boduisias Chariot in the mix to keep them from becoming complacent

An interesting read by mr Emmett https://motomatters.com/analysis/202...es_part_2.html
it sounds quite Gloomy for Yamaha fans (if they still exist) but i'm still reconcilling the opinion that Fabio has too much power now (remembering not long ago him being absolutely smoked on the straights)...

A week after the event but thats ok for me.

I checked this arvo , Sunday at 4.50pm till about 6pm...

That's enough for me and SKY have WSB .
A little reminder for this arvo if you are at a loose end !!!!

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.

I must say after watching the WSBK the racing is good the bikes move around and look like they are being pushed much more than MotoGP.

Not sure about this tyre changing thing??
If your team can change quicker than anyone else why do they give a penalty if you leave the pit Lane early?
bloody strange seeing some stopping at pit exit and the others catching up.

It'll prob help me not to fast forward to the start this has prob been discussed pre race I'd guess LOL
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Safety is my thought, if a wheel falls off a V8SC cause they didn't do the nut up properly not much happens.

If a wheel falls off a motorcycle cause they didn't fo the nut up properly the guy on top ends up in an ambulance or the morgue

From the commentator comments it seemed to be a timing thing? They didn't seem to be able to exit pit lane before a certain time.
First bike out seemed to have to slow or stop if he got there to quick. It allowed the 5-6 behind to catch up and they left more or less as a group.
Didnt seem like racing to me but I'll have to do some more research. Wondering if this was just for Philip Island ??

Yes. It's been resurfaced and there were concerns the tyres wouldn't survive a full race.

I understood from the commentary that it was timed from pit lane entry to exit. This may be what caught out a couple of the teams, as they had to allow for the time from their pit box to the pit lane exit line.

Stupid rule leaving the rider wondering how fast or slow to get to the pit exit line

Rule should be 45 secs from "stationary to go" in pit box, that way the team can control it with a stop watch.
    No penalties or guess work.

It looked like a cluster fuck and it ended up being one

Yet another example of a rule getting in the way of going fastest

Better watch out or it will become as boring as F1

Good luck finding free coverage for the racing.
After serious discussion with the finance department, I clicked subscribe 🤔
