There is some rumours going around that Acosta will probably move up a team. Apparently all the KTM riders are considered factory and can be swapped about as they deem fit.

True about the swap scenerio but I read this morning KTM's Pit cleared it up saying there are no plans to change riders at this time.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Yeah they like Jack, and there is no way they would move Binder. I think they said Jack was "out of sorts" or something.

Yeah those rumours are always horse shit. Why would you move a rider that's just gelled with a team into another team mid season? I see no advantage to it when he's already on a factory bike, plus it raises the profile of the GasGas brand

Apparently MM's brake issue had appeared early on in the race, prior to him taking the lead - also remember he lost a chunk of aerodynamics as well.. man this season is shaping up to be pretty good; Vinales, Acosta, Bastianini, MM, Miller, Binder - tbh I dont think we'll see too much from Bags unless his bike gets a boost.

I assumed his brake issue was pad knockback, but in his post race interview, Marc said that he was having to pump the lever to get the brakes to work. I'm not sure he could have kept Vinales behind him anyway, but it would have been fun to watch!

Caught up with Motogp last night on a recorded Ch3.

Hoping next GP Jerez will be better. Interesting to see if #12 can repeat his Cota performance ?

Acosta is showing he's out to win . #93 still has the will . Too much bashing and scrappy for me.

As I said roll on JEREZ !!

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

The latest Oxley Bom podcast is worth a listen. Not one topic in particular but potential team make up, egos, rider motivation, mathematics, etc.

Teams now have a mathematician doing physics calculations apparently. Those that have just two bikes are at a major disadvantage as to the amount of data they have to work with. OB think Yamaha will field another two bikes next year. If they can find a team to take them of course.

LoL, got an email from Dorna asking me to do a survey on why I hadn't renewed the Videopass this season. There must be a few of us.

Wouldnt it be cool if Honda decided to have a crack at King of the Baggers with a Gold Wing? KOTB is great racing by the way.

One very excitied Autech here to have his boy Dani back on track this weekend.

Going to make Acosta even more dangerous I think and I'll be very surprised if KTM don't put him on Danis tail in a few practice sessions.

That feed is always like tabloid headlines.

Having said that, there is no life left in the R1 so IL4 is disappearing as a point of pride , and they won't go triple.

I'd expect them to retain the IL4 layout for the short remaining time of the current engine formula.

After that with a smaller engine coming in, I'd be looking for piston area as the way to make power with a smaller motor.
Haven't looked at the new regs but maybe straight to a five if it's allowed.
