Most of the press conferences or selected parts have been free for a long time. You just need an account to watch.

Managing to get by quite well so far.

All the races are up on 3 now but not quite sure how quick they went up forgot to check
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

ahh all good. The torrent from SMcGill took a while to appear as he had some issues. He uses the TNT commentary - or at least a different one than most of the other ones that I have seen.

I did notice that the picture quality of the race on ThreeNow was not as good as the videos I downloaded of practice and quali using Reddit links. I didn't download the race - you have to be quick as some of the links get taken down quickly.

It looked like it was more compressed, no idea why. It was just the same on demand.

They do have the Sprint now, maybe they'll be able to find space for practice and quali soon?

I think ThreeNow are working it out as they go.

So anyone brave enough to predict the 2024 Motogp Champion after 3 races?

In a word, no. It probably depends how long it takes for Ducati to sort their chatter problem.

I listened to the Oxley BOM podcast. So Brembo has a Mugello calliper specifically designed to prevent pad knockback into Turn 1. Marquez could have done with those at Austin...

Was having to eat my words re MV. I'd have dropped him like a bag of spuds.

So what happened to Crafer? Missed his mid race insights.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Yeah I've never quite known what to make of MV, so up and down, if this "up" can last a whole season no one will be able to touch him cause when he's good he's fucking good. I did read a comment from Olivera from the previous round saying MV has clicked with the bike, so he gave a hint that he's happy again, but I never picked that he was so happy as to absolutely trounce the whole field on one of the more difficult tracks. I thought Rins was going to be the one up the front no one was predicting this round. WRONG!

I find it interesting that he was able to outbrake everyone when that has been a Aprilia weakness for quite some time, straight up and down braking, it seems that they've finally given them something to use in a battle. That is until Ducati sort out the GP24 anyways...

I remember how everyone thought Maverick was mad to ditch Yamaha when he did as it was a race winning bike and he'd already won on it that year, but perhaps he saw the writing on the wall that early on?

might of been just after the yamaha clutchgate saga when oxley had an article and within the comments mr oxley said maverick had a shit upbringing , with his father being a right cock to the youngster. Boys need good role models so i'm quite a fan of his tenacity and obvious talent.
re the clutchgate the story at the time was vinales request to his team about the clutch was ignored and jarvis' boys did the opposite and let mav find out on the start line...

Ummm some of us are not exactly surprised. The guy won his first two races in Moto 3 (& three of his first four). Nobody has done that previously that I'm aware. He is reigning Moto 2 champion. He looks to be headed to the top by the short route.

Downloaded the race and watched the first 10 laps. Much nicer to watch and you can see the action in the first few laps more clearly. Marquez was lucky to make it to lap 10!

Not to mention from pitlane on a track as long Qatar where you need all the slip stream you can get. You could tell just by watching him that he had a sense for what the bike is doing that outstripped everyone else on the grid. Class.

The difference is he's got so many more fast riders/bikes to beat than the other Aliens ever had to, its going to be very hard for him to go and win the GP championship off the bat like Marc did, especially as he's not a on a championship winning bike from the offset.
