Sunday morning for me heading south from Taipa, over to maungamuka for breakfast and then north to the cape, cos, why not?

What's it like? I'm tempted to do a Northland loop (from Auckland) now that it's possible again, but it's a bit much in a day if you're going to include some back roads.

Was mint. Couple of dead possums, some new tar snakes and good road all the way to the cape and back.
