Jerry Paladino (ex USA bike cop instructor) does this concept great in nearly every vid he does.

I got into habit of doing a feet up cold tyres U-turn in my double width driveway every time I took bike at as it’s already pointing backwards anyway.
Feet come up onto pegs, stay there, head looks over shoulder job done. Becomes second nature pretty quick.
If you can’t handle a bike at low speed you sure won’t be in control at high speed.
Every great cause begins as a movement, becomes a business, and eventually degenerates into a racket - Eric Hoffer
