Still deciding wether to go or not.

What time should I be leaving St Helliers/Meadowbank sorta area to get there on time?

Basically this is a ride to a pub eh, what time are most people going to be leaving? Also I'm guessing not much drinking is going on as you have to ride back..?

Well as a matter of fact I think we were all gonna get absolutely fucken plastered as fast as we can in about 2 hours then head back on our bikes whilst being completely pissed.

As for leaving, guess it depends how fast you lane split

I do medium speed splitting, nothing too nutty unless I feel like ghostrider.

Nah I don't ride on the motorways much so I'm guessing the traffic is shit the whole way there though? (This is the westgate shell that we meet at for all the other sh16 rides?)

Yeah same shell. Don't know how bad the traffic is on north western as never been on it during peak times. I'll see you people there.

Look at the first post nana rooster.......... I would say bypass the Peak Rd section and just meet us @ Wake Road or Sunnyside Road which is off Riverhead - Coastville Highway. Probably be there apporx 7.30ish if not earlier. (Providing people take the directions properly and wait at the intersections - aye Yohsi...)

Northwestern Motorway is quite busy this time of night but does start to drop off after 6pm... since we have quite a few turning up, we will probably leave closer to 7pm for the late stragglers.........

Just got home from this event...great fun! What a stunning evening to ride in!! In saying that, the sunstrike wasn't too pleasant.

Thanks to Qkchk for the organisation, and u rode a good pace up front.

About 30 bikes present, mostly sprotbikes. Good to see so many familiar faces and especially all the flash new bikes members have bought since I rode with you last!

Sorry to hear about the guy who binned early on in the peace through Woodhill forrest. Apparently he was ok and rode his bike home. Not sure who he is on KB?

Some twerp stood out in the middle of the road waving and telling everyone to slow down on the hill down to the Albany pub. I stopped and asked him what his problem was, he was all emotional and complained that we were all racing down 'his' hill. He asked me if we were a club of some sort because he wanted to lay a complaint, I told him that I couldn't tell him who we were if he was going to do that and even apologised for the disruption...not sure I needed to do that though! When you get so many bikes together it is rather noisy for any resident to bear I guess!!

Look forward to more of these Thurs night rides...

Oh, and Frosty you're a rev-head!
