    Promotion?

    Well I've finally after about 2 years succeeded in getting my position description changed to 'Network Administrator' ... ... .. . instead of IT support.

    Its been a battle of restructure \ red tape \ ... and with it I've actually managed to get a very small pay rise.. Of course now that they think they have 'satisfied' my needs.. yeah right.. should have done it 2 years ago I've come to the realisation that being over-worked stressed and all the while trying to be 'professional' and while I have only gone for two interviews in the past 2-3 months that I will continue to watch for upcoming positions outside this company. I think I definately need a few

    Yeah, Matt's got a few brothers. Mark left the Naki a few years ago, back last year, but now in wellywood. Nevermind, just a chance.
