N.Z. HERE I COME.

I am please to report that I am coming over for a holiday. I will be getting to Tauranga on Monday 5 December. I'll be staying for two weeks, before returning to Perth.
I want to hire a bike to do the Coromandal Peninsula maybe, while I am there. Probably the weekend of the 10/11th. Would love to meet some fellow K.B's to do the run.

I have been checking online for bike hire outfits, but they seem to be in either Auck or ChCh. If someone in the Tauranga area has any contacts with a bike shop etc, that is willing to hire a bike for a reasonable price for a couple of days, please let me know. I look forward to meeting some of you while I am there.

My Dad has broadband at his place in Tauranga, so I will be able to stay in touch.
My main concern is scoring a bike for the 10th December.

Well there's always Coromandel Motorcycle Adventures who hire a range of Suzukis including SV650s. However they're based in Kuaotunu, north of Whitianga, so you'd have to get up there in the first place to pick up a bike.

Otherwise, it sounds like a good excuse for another Coromandel circuit for KB!

Strange place to be based for trips around the Coromandel, I would have thought.

Looks like a might be scoring a bike for the ride.

So remember to keep Sat 10 Dec free for a ride around the Coromandel. I'll keep you posted and start a thread in the 'Meetings & Events' thread, if it is a definite goer (or you can just go without me
