We are not at home to Mr Cockup

Yes, it's another irritating "I got rid of my L-plate today" thread. Unbelivably tedious I know, but to make up for it I'm going to Galbraiths (Mount Eden, Auckland) tonight to celebrate. If anyone feels like joining me I'll shout the first beer. And possibly the second and third if I get drunk enough.

I should be there sometime between 6 and 7. If you don't know me just look for the large Pom with long blonde hair.

Remember to never split an infinitive. The passive voice should never be used. Do not put statements in the negative form. Proofread carefully to see if you words out. And don't start a sentence with a conjugation. (William Safire)

No, it takes more than three beers to get me drunk, but when drunk I might buy other people three beers.
