Typical South Islander! Jealous that the Hamiltonians are having a BBQ and have invited the Aucklanders, BOPers, and anyone else who can get a bike to Hamilscum...

If you bring a sleeping bag we could peg you up on the line...

OK, maybe only if you're lighter than one of our kids - it's a stretch picking them up for a hug when you get to my age.

Not really much in the way of tent space unless you have a small tent. There's more room now we've taken down the swing-and-slide set.

OK, I'll leave the "Big Top" at home and only bring the little 2-man-cycle tent. You'll be surprised where I can fit that. Great for hiding your bike in a bus-stop-shelter too (See attached pics)

Yeah, there's plenty of space for a 2 man tent either out the front or out the back. You are more than welcome to pitch a tent and stay the night, would rather people stayed than driving/riding after a few,

Ooh another BBQ.... Can meet peaple at the BK off SH1 just inside Hamilton coming in from Auckland and guide you to the spot. (is at your place aye Juliet?) Or you could take the turn off at Toupiri and get yourselfs that much closer on a road that is much more fun than SH1.

There's a good chance I'll be there, even if it's only for the BBQ.
Speed limits are just a suggestion, like pants.

I'd be keen for that but I have a feeling I've got some Hamilton drinking buddies coming here that weekend, will confirm next week
