Because tracks are covered in rubber etc, if it rains is the track particularly slippery?

Just don't go in the group Whitetrash is in as those guys are all slightly crazy. And the next group down are people trying to be crazy enough to get in the group Whitetrash is in so its actually safer to be in the other group as at least you know what to expect and I wont be in it.
No. Those guys are the ones who don't know they are crazy (but are). The safest group is the one standing trackside, bullshitting each other about how good they were/will be, lamenting be unable to prove it, if they only had a bike.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    counter-clockwise...

follow a couple of riders that have been there before on the slow...""babybikies show and tell lap" you see the lines pretty easy...the only corner thats a bit trick to learn is the sweeper...but you'll be fine skel...

The sweeper is the one running into the back-straight?...looks like it tightens on the exit..guess thats the tricky bit .

I'm glad to see there's a few instructors present. Hoping they can teach me some lines and stuff.

That's funny. That was me last year. 'Till Drunken Monkey kindly chucked me the keys to the seven fiddy for some stupid shit in the lunch session. Then Jimbo had the unenviable task of standing trackside, chewing nails to the quick, watching his bike being raped.

    Ahhhhh, good times......

Jus got back home. Thanks all for organising it, usual good job. Shame about the rain at half time, and the condition of the track was a bit crap basically. Still the new track looks bloody brilliant, so can't wait to have a crack at that one.

FOund a shortcut round Hamilton on the way back which saves about 30 mins. Actually the ride back up was pretty mint.

Other discovery was my exup doesn't like tight tracks and 4 yr old, worn, touring tyres are not really up to the job. Or is it I am jus crap
Only saw one bin, I think it was Frosty.

Oh and Daryl or DSS has got my old resurrected R1, and it is good to see that he is treating the bike with the respect that it deserves.
