    if you mean 'pull' as in acceleration, why not just try and find speed times.. flat bit of road a length of straight waterway and time the two for the same distance...

    And you'd be spot on. Jesus christ. I started this troll after reading 4-5 highly entertaining threads that went on for page after page about who's bunch of bolts could outpace who's bunch of bolts.

    Ocean going tugs are 8000+ HP, not very fast off the mark, but once they wind up to full speed, you had better watch you mirror as they will close up on you mighty fast
