    FI light

I need a bit of advice, I have fitted a muzzys slipon and power commander to my 636 and on the muzzys it came with a 'thing' that goes in where the power valve cables connect to, well to cut a long story short my FI light stays on when this piece should make it go out. Is there a requirement to take it into the shop or not to worry as the powercommander should be taking care of all that.

yeah, the Muzzy should come with an FI fix. The light will come on with or without the PC, so it's not it's job to fix the light.

If the muzzy fix doesn't work, check that it's all wired up right and doing the right thing. Last thing you want to be doing is riding round with the FI light on. Not that it's doing any damage now, but you won't know when there is damage being done, cos the light is already on. GO back to the shop you bought it from if the light isn't going out after checking everything, and see if they can see where it's gone wrong. The fix could be faulty, so you'd need another.

The PC should set the bike up nicely, but it won't fix the light.
What difference has it made to the bike?

my personal opinion is that it has made a world of difference to the bike, the muzzys sound osum if that flicks your switch and both were very simple to do,This is not a plug but Mt Eden M/C were very good they rang me up and told me about it and I was quoted wrong(cheaper) but they stuck to it which I found honourable.
