    TLA's... Educate me!!!!

    TLA's (or Three Letter Abbreviations) are invading my screen; and its as hard to understand as some txt messages!
    Call me old (26?)... my thick wrinkly skin can take it.

    So... to start a KB (Kiwi Biker) dictionary I've made a poor but basic start:

    OMG = Oh my god
    WTF = what the fuck
    BTW = by the way
    PFY = pimply faced youth (I learnt that one in here the other day)

    Please assist expanding my vocab...

    Thanks, but I'll keep looking.

    Oh & of course LOL = Laugh out Loud. I first thought this meant 'Lots of Love', but this did appear out of context a lot of the time....

    At the risk of sounding dumb (yeah, happens a lot, I know, but I do try to keep it to a minumum), can some one advise what P/T means? From the context it normally appears in, I would assume its indicating a private joke . . . can someone confirm?

    BRB be right back
    STFU shut the f*ck up
    KMA kiss my Arse
    PLBKAC, problem lies between keyboard and chair. ( a favourite for help desk people)
    CBA cant be arsed
    MDO medical day off, (sickie)
    RFGP reject from gene pool
    there are many others but they may be getting a bit obscure for most folks.

    Oohhhh; SMAOWAFC sounds very painful, but no at bad as SMAWAFGBS (Severing main artery with a fruit glazed bread stick). Now that hurts!
