    Tips for aftermarket temp. guages?

Anyone got any recommendations for what aftermarket water temperature guages are good? It it better to install it where the original is, or put a hole in one of the coolant pipes and put it there?

Capilary type is the best, but a bit delicate for a bike.Get yourself a non contact infared job and check your temp when you stop.
