Heard on the radio this morn that currently under ltsa review, is the right for your local council to get in on the speed camera/ticket rapage.

Under the ol' speed kills moniker, the Whangarei District Council has been the first pig to try to shove it's nose into that trough.

Sounds like the old days revisited when we had local council cops on the streets when I lived in Napier.
