Im bored!!!

I had a play in Photoshop and cut some things off a picture of my bike to see what it would look like. I quite like this style...I reckon that it looks quite cool.

I imagine that I would have to come up with some semi-mudguard arrangement. Saw a BMW adventure-type bike that has a small guard that extends out from the end of the swing arm that could be made to look good. Tail-lights and plates have to be assigned yet. Could fabricate some trick LED ones...I have the technology. I think there would also have to be a small box bolted under the seat for fuses and CDI etc.

PS - Please so not bother with the 'why?!?!?!?' comments, or the then 'why bother with a 250' ones either. Its just a bit of fun.

Yeah, its not exactly mainstream. I have seen this sort of thing done before...but new bike designs (name escapes).

I meant more concept bikes, very small american bike designers that only have one or two models. Theres a post about these on teh site somewhere...I think one model was called a "Wraith' maybe. Could be confused with Hell Pizza though...

Do it. And fit some slash-cut pipes (Can't be much louder than mine). And take 3 teeth of the back sprocket. Wheelies and noise, perfect for terrorising suburbia. It'll be mad fun.

That was the bike in the bike trader recently. Very ugly lookin and it had a tank in the frame somewhere so you had no where to grip with your knees.

I think you're thinking of the Confederate bikes, the Wraith and Hellcat.
Neither are mainstream either, but I do like the extensive use of carbon-fibre in them.
Bit more blatant c/f on your Comet wouldn't go amiss to, Skelstar !!

Those are the ones. Im really keen on that styling. Seems streetfighterers arent (esp europeans/germans/hungarians). But then I guess its not really a sfighter.
I did lower the bars as well. Would have to have some meaner headies too, but not those super-motard/alien ones.

Paint it all black, with black wheels and a carbon-fibre pipe on it.
See what it looks like then.Should make a huge difference (may give it that Triumph Streetfighter look too)

True...a longer swing arm would make it a bit more mean looking too, would screw the handling though.

There was a post the other with one very similar. I wonder how the weight distribution would be? It seems like a vry forward configuration. Would that put more weight on the front wheel?
