    Mid-week rides?

How many of you out there are shift workers, self employed, or perhaps unemployed and would like to do a bit of mid week riding? I am one of those (and I'm sure there must be others) that works a fairly antisocial roster and miss a lot of weekend rides so perhaps a few dates bounced around could see a few get together in AKL. Any interest?

Yes, in principle. I don't get much notice of lull time at work at the moment, so time off is on such short notice I will usually go it alone, and typically not for more than 2 hours. Firefight is usually up for it, been on one or two short rides out Clevedon way with him in the past.

Yup, I'm in.. Work from home and make up my own hours. Cant this week cos I need to replace the dam tyres from this weekends puncture
It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Yep I'm a shiftworker and miss out on the majority of weekend rides. Need to get some new tyres before I go on some decent rides tho.
