3: Chat room - Before you used to have it so you knew who was in the chat room. Now there is no way of knowing who if at all anyone is in there.

Many a night have I sat in the Chat room alone, quietly crying myself to sleep.

1: Before the upgrade on "New Posts" all I had to do was press "REFRESH" or "F5" and it didnt matter that I hadnt been on the site for a little while (like 15 or 20 minutes), but it would update all new posts.

All refreshing the "new posts" results page would do pre upgrade is update the threads it already displayed. It would not add new threads. This is still the case post upgrade.

I have to OPEN a thread to read it then it comes up with any new threads.
Sometimes there is a row of threads that I don't find of interest to me..
Like the JOKES section etc... but I am being forced to open a thread to get any new threads to come up.

2: Chat room - I have upgraded the Java info, but I can now get the smiley sun thing and then I get "being DENIED access".
It came up with a pop-up with a french name to say YES, NO or cancel.
I said NO cos it was a pop-up... did I do the wrong thing or what.

Next time click yes or always

Listing users in chat can't be done easily with the new chat. But the new chat works much for efficiently than the old one.

SpankMe - I tried once again to access the chat room..
I clicked on YES as you instructed me to do.. and still being told "invalid" use username@

So damned if I know what a person has to do to get into the chat room.

tried again.. and this time clicked on "Always" and again I am told to use my username@.....

I have shut down the browser and tried 3 times.. still denied access.

Have you tried using mIRC?

I clicked on the third option and got this.

When I log in it flashes up can't find my profile and I have to double click back button to avoid it coming back up. Then I have to go to bottom of page to select Light Universe.

Don't get e-mail notification since the up-date. Have checked my User CP Options, and still have daily e-mail notification selected. Have re-save User CP Options and it still the same.

Ooh, and by the way, has nobody had a birthday since the change over, cause there has been no BD's showing on the Home Page since the Up-Date (just wondering, OK)?

Got mIRC installed now...
But unsure where or what I am to do now.. lol

I am not a computer lit at all... when it comes to these sorts of things...

Maybe I need to have one of the computer techno guys or gals come around and help me out... to get it all sorted...
So long as they dont go changing anything else on my comp, as that has happened in the past.. All of a sudden they delete something and dont even tell me and then the comp plays up... and then I cant access a programme...

I have finally got in there...

But I then minimise the small box that I was chating in and it all disappeared.. tried coming back in and was told that my nickname was already on.. like hello that was me... so I had to close down the KB and mIRC browsers and retry again...
