Seeing how I'm going now (you can't rush these big decisions ), I reckon lunch/afternoon sounds good.

Same day as my works kiddie crimbo party in Spencer park. Why don't you all crash my works party - you get to ride a train, meet santa and get a free present.

(I'll be arriving back at midday - so maybe - just maybe)

Sounds good D , except the Metservice has changed the weather forecast. Was going to be fine this morning now it could be wet (drizzle patches then rain). But I'd rather wait and see after all they are hardly ever right.

What time do you think people will be mooching off? I've got work 'til 6pm but I'd like to hoon down after work and meet some folks if anyone's still there. Weather dependant of course. Typically this post being the day before the event I'm not expecting anyone will reply in time, but worth a shot...

Twice as long as from the middle to an end

Never mind, most of you guys will probably have gone by the time I arrive - probably getting towards 7pm.

    Next time.

So D, you're taking the bikes with you? Excellent, slicks on wet grass we could sort out a grass track, hairpin around the barby, little chicane past the swings.....
