You interested in doing the Grand Challenge?? I'd be real keen to give that a go -

How's the plans coming for your mini GC RIB??

What's wrong with a soft seat?? PM Warr and RIB and ask them what they recommend.
soft seat = not enough support... and all the pressure is at one point all the time.... funny enough Suzkkies e.g the SV and Gixxers have better foam... but lots of ppl know that.

Starting in Russell on 13th of March and ending in Bluff at our clubroms on Friday 17th March. This tour will take in side tours to heaps of NZ's most loved ICON in the format of a real live TikiTour.
Photos must be taken of around a dozen or so ICONS each day some seperated by hundreds of miles. You will need to have the RNMC supplied flag in each phot to stop anyone cheating.
Some of the days the rides are very challenging - read bloody hard- other days are less so still hard - but not real hard.

Also due to high demand the 20th Grand Challenge has already opened (usually opens around March/April), there are always limited spaces and the 20th Anniversary GC already has a a swag of entries from this years run from those who dont want to miss out.

    Details on our website
Only 5 weeks to go for entries in the Rusty's 20th anniversary Tiki Tour - THis is a "one off" run - after some of the other One offs we have run I get a heap of calls about the next one - there is no next one folks.
This is a hard run if you try to complete it all as befits a club that puts on challenging runs. But if you think you can not do it all - thats fine just come for the ride and stick to your own limits, I reckon only a few will be capable of doing every point.
If you want more info email rustyinfo@rustynuts.co.nz or Pm me through here
If you say either "I can" or "I can't" your correct.

remember this is a one off event - dont be one of those who waits for the next one - it wont be coming.

Day 3 is going to be the hardest day for me to complete as I need to Check in for the Ferry by 5.15pm. This only leave me around 10hrs max for that day, so I will have to get a riggle on. All the other days are sweet as I can ride into the night
Have a bed Organise for end of Day 2 in Tauranga (thanks BabyB ).
Am looking for a beds for the following Areas/Days:
    • New Plymouth, close to Belt Rd Seaside Holiday Park at the end of Tuesday 14/03/06.
    • Near Rakaia River Holiday Park at the end of Thursday 16/03/06.
Any help here will be appreicated but no worries if ya can't. Will have tent and bedroll and am used to pitching where ever I can.

    Thanks
