If you do a search you'll find this subject has been covered plenty in the past.

Your main choices for stiffening up the front are 1. heavier fork oil which you've done 2. sticking spacers (washers/20cent coins/whatever) on top of your existing springs thereby increasing the pre-load 3. shortening your existing springs and putting in a longer spacer made out of rigid PVC pipe or something similar 4. buying off the shelf springs from Racetech or Progressive.

Others will no doubt have other suggestions too

Texmo, if you're after stiff front, put 10mm spacer inside the fork tube (ask bike shop to do this. It's cheap).

i've done it on cbr250r before, and it made a huge difference.

probably the best $20 I've ever spent.

    that's exactly what I meant.

Stiffer suspension gives better handling in corners.

Worse comes to worst, you can always take the spacer out again.

Yer, I will give it a go. I dont what the front end to be too stiff though....

I've got an MC19. I put 15W oil in and fucken god does it make a difference! I can do stoppies whenever I want now (provided the front tyr4e is warm!). BBut yes, it is a lot harder! Ideally, a stiffer spring would be put in, but getting one the right size & stiffness could be expensive business.
