Thanks heaps there Racey, Had a PM from Sensei last night who will likely be there. And depending on weather, may head northwards for a bit of the trip.

Hi there DW, Mate purchased a '93 Red VFR750 with 77k.
Ride back was great. Although I had struck rain comming down in the bus it was cloudy, windyish but fine. So all good.
Small niggle with bike..And a good warning to any Trade-me buyers.
The bike turns out is a '90. First registered in 12/92. The guy had only owned it 6 months and I dont think he was trying to mislead, he was just believing wrong information.
So makes me think if I was buying over the net like that, ask for frame & engine numbers / and or pay a few $'s at NZ Post to verify what the owner says is true.
Mate would like a sweetner from the guy after now owning a bike that is actually an earlier production one than my '90.
He is happy with bike, but may not have rushed in quite the same if he had known it was a '90.
