Ignore the PM T.I.E. I didn't read this post before I sent it.

Fair call - especially given all the discussion about saftey on KB rides recently.

It's cool, you can't control the weather. I might venture out into the unknown between showers.

    Cool

I was heading to Taupo this morning and it was looking alright....
until I got over the Bombay Hill and then the Heavens opened up...
I had to turn back..... http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=21874
I am now trying to dry all my gear out...

Out in West Auckland, it is sunny and some dark clouds hovering...

i'm sorry to all as i am now going to bomb the met service and i may be in prison for a while.

i will be putting uletrnatives in place for next time, if due to semi bad weather a non-learners ride may still be established.

sorry for all incovience, i did get out for a small run, and found with evidence that some roads were not learner friendly, and some due to rain. so more oads will be sought after for a january run. or possibly early new years ride.

no rides happening so I decided to tag along with this one. Turned out to be pretty damn good weather and was shown a road that i had never done before.

Was pretty good except for a few incidents but i got to do the road a couple times so i'm not complaining.

Now you have seen me ride TIE can ya find someone to teach me??

P.s. don't tell him cause we don't want him getting an ego or nutting but Dave was riding pretty damn good on that zxr... ahhhh the memories hahahah
Lump lingered last in line for brains,
And the ones she got were sort of rotten and insane...

Yes it was a pleasant days riding, apart from the incidents. My first venture on SH16 and that nice road to Warkworth. Good to talk to you aff-man and SuperDave - we seemed to spend an eternity waiting. Good to also talk to those other groups of riders, the BMWs, Buells etc and the pair on the VTR250 and SV650S.

T.I.E - Hope you don't get disheartened about what happened on Sunday. Your ideas and intentions are good. I'll be happy to tail end charlie for you next time if you like
