I doubt I will be going now... My task to get rid of the rust from inside the petrol tank has turned into mission near impossible. I have removed about 1/2 a cup of just rust and it still needs more work - which will take at least 4 days

I don't want to hold any folks up, (due to my CC rating not riding ability, love the hills), but if there are other 2 fiddy's going along maybe I could bring mine?

    of course, everyone is welcome!

    Where?

From the Yaldhurst Pub at 10, is that the plan? Um... where is the pub, is it on your left at that intersection as you head down Yaldhurst road, (from the roundabout/lights)?

I don't have the Internet at home, so if someone wouldn't mind TXT'ing me if plans change that would be cool (I can PM my phone details).

Or maybe I could meet up with you first Sniper? I'm out in Linwood now so I gotta go past your place to get there.

Tv3 weather made it look like it should be Fine and even better the further west we go.

As I'm new to the forum I hope this ain't too out of place...
For those riders worried wether they can keep up or not, wether they be novice or just underpowered, stop worring, just come along.
I am not to fast on the road anymore. Now I just enjoy being out there for a cruse and regularly ride with newbe riders (i've got a few friends just moving toward full licences now). Between myself and Goliart on the suped up Honda 50 there shouldn't be anyone left behind. The fast guys will do their thing but I imagine they will let us regroup along the way.

Stop worrying, there aren't any fast guys going... the canterbury plains ain't much of a skill test. And Arthurs is a road where it usually pays to admire the scenery more than the racer crouch of the guy in front.

What manuboy said. And also, Miss Sniper is dying to come along so I won't be racing. Who is coming that is fairly new to riding?

That's one worried about ability and one about cc's
It was posts like these that prompted my last post
