Right click it, choose "Open with" and select your web browser - worked for me. If your web browser doesn't have shockwave support (as well as Java, CGI, quicktime, PDF etc etc) then there's no helping you as you exist in the internet equivalent of the Stone Age and are stuggling with the concept of fire...
