Anyone out there know how to make a fluffy? (That's a fluffy, not a fluffer!!!!)
We have a cappucino maker, does the steam puffer thing make the milk fluffy?
(Can you tell I'm no longer a jaffa?!)

Haven't used mine in a long time, but from what I remember, in a word.....YES.

Ever notice that anyone slower than you is an idiot, but anyone going faster is a maniac?
If you want to make your milk frothy - the way to do it is to place the nozzle of the steamer just under the surface of the milk but not touching any of the sides of the container.
Gently move the steamer nozzle up and down through the milk by moving the milk container, always keep the nozzle under the surface as you fill the milk container with steam - aim for a smooth bubbling noise not sporadic bubbling with large bubbles.
Use cold milk and if possible a steel container, keep doing it until either the milk reaches 75c or gets too hot to hold on to.
from memory i think that the yellow top milk works alot better than the blue or silver. seems to get a better froth going
its simple........ just wander up the road to the nearest cafe and done, thats how i do it at least any ways lol
Your just jealous because the voices only talk to me.
